Two Pennsylvania Judges send children to privately owned juvenile detention centers for 2.6 million dollars in kickbacks. www.nytimes.com Their names are: Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., and Michael T. Conahan The detention centers are PA Child Care and a sister company, Western PA Child Care.
