Barbie Doll Cake For Mackayla’s 5th Birthday. My daughter’s cake that I made for her 5th birthday. It’s a standing up Barbie doll cake. We didn’t have the big party for her or her sister this year but I still made her the fancy cake. I took this cake into her childcare so that she could celebrate with her teachers/carers & friends there. She also got to decorate a small cake at childcare to take home for us to celebrate with ; )
