Why don’t more MEN work with CHILDREN? Abuse Stigma? Low Pay?
It is very rare for a man to acquire a career that involves working with children. Men are severely underrepresented in elementary schools, child care homes and day care centers. In this video, I’ll explain why I think many men avoid working with children. Note: Only 3% of childcare workers are males. www.independent.co.uk
